STUDLESS MOORING CHAIN

Studless Mooring Chain offers the same tensile strength and fatigue life characteristics as the equivalent size stud link chain, but at a lower size/weight ratio of 0.91. This can be beneficial to the end user in the following ways: 1) Easy for connection of shackle and other accessories. 2) Elimination of stud locating problem, such as loose stud, stress concentrating and so on. 3) Better inspection of the weld zone. 4) Greater safety factor with the same weight per meter in catenary.
